Kites and Sickness : (

Hey there dad,

i know i haven't written you in a really long time and i feel terrible about it because, you're my best friend!  i hope everything is going good with work.  i heard you went to Hawaii again this past week. how did it go? how is everything calling wise, as well?

Everything is going pretty good here but i have been pretty sick lately too, Bummer!

i have been riding a bunch of collectivos lately (city buses) they are usually jammed packed and we are usually standing the whole time. this one isn't going to be long because there is not a whole lot to write about! but i love you and id love to know how you have been doing!

Hey mom,

How are things going? How are you holding up training your last sheep?? haha i know you don't want to hear, this but you guys are almost empty nesters. haha, how weird is that?? i think i'm going to write a shorter weekly letter so that i can write a letter to everyone in the family, especially my beloved parents. i feel bad about not emailing dad and you as much as i should, so that's what i'm going to do. i would like to get an email from you and dad each week if your not too busy, just updating me on how the family is and how you are personally.  (For the record, I write every week)

things are really good here! ive been pretty sick for about three days this week so that stinks but i finally got over it and then elder Clark picked it up. oops!  lets just say that im really glad you packed wipes. haha

we had a zone activity this past pday and we tried to fly kites that would spell out mormon.org. we planned to fly them on the biggest bridge in paraguay. my fear was that there would be no wind, but there was too much and it didn't work. i got some good pictures though and i even brought my cord this time. : )

i hope everything is going good for you at home. only about 50 days until we can  skype. whoo hoo

love you so much

love elder petersen
